Anne-Marie Duff has been an English actress, narrator, and writer for over 30 years. Duff made a cameo appearance on TV in Trial & Retribution Amongst Women & Aristocrats in the late 1990s. Duff was in films like Enigma (2001) The Magdalene Sisters Notes on a Scam (2006) French Film (2008) The Last Station and Nowhere Boy Before I Go to Sleep (2014) and Suffragette (2015). The Virgin Queen, Shameless The Virgin Queen, Nowhere Boy, Suffragette and The Last Station earned Duff BAFTA nominations as Best Actress as well as Best Supporting Actress. The History of Mr Polly (2007) was her BAFTA Cymru Award-winning performance in Best Actress. Anne-Marie Duff has been a highly successful and award-winning English Actress who created her own mark on TV, stage and on the radio. She garnered mainstream attention portraying Fiona Gallagher in the British comedy-drama TV show Shameless as well as Queen Elizabeth I on the mini-series of television The Virgin Queen.
